On Sunday, July 10 the three churches joined together for outdoor worship at Logan Park in Northeast Minneapolis. It was a beautiful day with a great turnout and more good food than we could finish.

Pastor Ken's sermon was titled "God Created! God Equipped! God Sent! In the Mark 6 text Jesus sent the disciples out two by two into the community, just as God is sending our congregations into Northeast Minneapolis. This experience is sometimes scary, but Jesus promises, "Remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age."
