The New Congregation’s Community

JET established a "target area" for the new congregation that includes the area in Northeast that bounded by Lowry Avenue on the north, the Mississippi River on the west and south, and I-35W/Old Highway 8 on the east.

This area is only about 2 miles by 2.5 miles but its population is bigger than many cities in Minnesota. The population is young and growing.
